Cancellation and Refund Conditions
CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
Our company is committed to protecting consumer rights and prioritizing customer satisfaction after the sale. Any dissatisfaction you may experience with the products you purchase, as well as any issues arising from production or service, are carefully evaluated and resolved as quickly as possible.
To serve you better and more efficiently in the event of a return, please review the necessary conditions outlined below. Returns will not be accepted if any of these conditions are not met.

a. Used or damaged products will not be accepted for return.
b. The product must be returned within 10 days in the same condition as received, complete with all standard accessories and undamaged.

a. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
b. If the returned product is delivered in compliance with the return conditions, the refund process will begin on the same day the product is received by our Quality Assurance department. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank. Refunds to credit cards may take up to 15 days to appear.
Returned products must be shipped only via the courier companies we are contracted with. Products sent using other courier services will not be accepted, and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
General return conditions are as follows:
Products must be returned in their original box or packaging.
Returns will not be accepted if the original packaging is damaged (e.g., shipping labels affixed directly onto the original box or sealed with shipping tape) or if the product has lost its resalable condition and cannot be sold to another customer.
Along with the product you wish to return, you must include the original invoice (all copies in your possession) and a written statement indicating the reason for the return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Dear customers, you may cancel orders that were placed incorrectly or that you no longer wish to receive. However, due to order volume, messages may sometimes be reviewed late, and there is a possibility that the product may have already been shipped.
If the product has not yet been shipped, the full amount will be refunded using the original payment method. If the product has been shipped, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
